Platform
The NanoBuzz Platform
Every NanoBuzz campaign runs on one system: our own platform. Projects, creators, briefs, client approvals, shipments, content review, verified publications, paid amplification codes, comment analysis and live results sit in a single hub that your team can open on day one. This page explains what the platform does, module by module, and why we built it instead of renting someone else's tool.
What runs inside the platform
Campaign management
Every campaign as a structured project: creators, briefs, deadlines and statuses in one view.
Creator approvals
Shortlists with audience data. You approve, reject or request replacements before launch.
Content review
Brief, draft, internal review, client review, approved, published: one pipeline for every piece.
Campaign reporting
Verified publications, live metrics and exports your board can read, available any day of the campaign.
Client portal
Live, client-safe access for your whole team from day one: approvals, shipments, content, results.
Creator database
20,000+ creators across 25+ European countries, profiled from real applications and campaign history.
Paid amplification workflow
Spark Ads and Partnership Ads codes collected, validated and activated in waves, with status visible to you.
One system instead of seven tools and a spreadsheet
Creator campaigns break operationally, not creatively. A campaign with hundreds of nano and micro creators produces thousands of small events: a creator approved, a parcel shipped, a draft submitted, a revision requested, a post published, a comment thread worth reading. Teams that manage this across email, chat, spreadsheets and three different platform dashboards lose events, and lost events become missed publications and awkward client calls.
The NanoBuzz Platform holds the entire campaign as one structured project. Every creator, brief, shipment, draft, publication and amplification code is a record with a status and an owner. Our operations team works inside it all day, and clients see the same data through their own portal access, filtered to what is client-safe. Nothing is retyped into a report at the end of the month, because the report is the system itself.
Because every record carries a status, an owner and a timestamped history, the platform doubles as the campaign's audit trail. When a question comes up weeks later, who approved this creator, when did the parcel arrive, which draft version was cleared, the answer is a lookup rather than an argument. Version history on briefs and drafts means changes are visible, and accountability survives staff changes on both sides.
Built for multi-country programs
NanoBuzz recruits from 20,000+ creators across 25+ European countries, and the platform is what makes that manageable. Campaigns are organised per market with local creator pools, local briefs and local publication tracking, then rolled up into one consolidated view. A brand running the same program in Poland, Germany and Romania sees each market separately and the totals together, with one contract and one operations partner behind all of it.
The scale is proven in delivery, not in slideware. Our NutriBullet program shipped 500+ devices to 500+ creators and verified 900+ pieces of content through this system, and the ORLEN Paczka campaign tracked 170+ publications that generated 6.2M impressions. The platform is also how we run always-on work: our beauty community program keeps 2 brands publishing 75+ pieces of creator content every month.
Client-safe by design
Client access is permission-based. Your team sees creator shortlists with audience data, approval queues, shipment statuses, submitted content in review, verified publications and live results. Internal cost data, creator negotiations and operational notes stay on our side. That separation means we can give every client full working access without either side worrying about what a login might expose.
The platform is included with every campaign and is not sold as standalone software. It exists so that NanoBuzz campaigns run reliably at any scale, and so that your team never has to ask what the current status is, because the status is already on your screen.
Frequently asked questions
Is the NanoBuzz Platform a SaaS product I can buy separately?
No. The platform exists to run NanoBuzz campaigns and every client gets access as part of the engagement. It is not licensed as standalone software.
What can my team see in the platform?
Creator shortlists with audience data, approval queues, shipment tracking, content in review, verified publications, paid amplification status and live campaign results. Permissions are client-safe: internal cost and negotiation data are not exposed.
Does the platform work for campaigns in several countries at once?
Yes. Multi-country programs are organised per market with local creators, briefs and publication tracking, then consolidated into one overall view, one report and one point of contact.
How is the platform different from influencer discovery tools?
Discovery tools help you search profile databases. Our platform runs the operation after casting: approvals, logistics, briefs, content review, publication verification, paid amplification codes and reporting in one place.
How does the platform relate to NanoBuzz Club?
NanoBuzz Club is the creator-facing side of the same system: creators register, complete profiles and apply to campaigns there, which keeps our database fresh. Brands use the client portal view described on this page.
