Branded creator communities

Your creator community, built and managed for you

Don't just run one campaign. Build a reusable creator community for your brand: 50 to 2,000 nano and micro creators per country, recruited for fit, onboarded into an environment that carries your brand, connected to your tools through our API, and kept active by a team that handles every shipment, every message and every follow-up call. You get visibility, control and a creator network you can activate again and again. We do the work.

01

What a branded community gives you

Software platforms give brands tools. A managed community gives you the outcome: a living network of creators who know your product, respond to briefs and deliver on time, without you building an internal creator-management team.

Your own branded environment

The community carries your brand, not ours: name, visual identity, onboarding flow, creator portal and communications. Creators join your programme; NanoBuzz runs it in the background.

A reusable database of approved creators

Every member is vetted for fit, segmented by category, city, platform and performance, and stays available for the next activation. Recruitment never restarts from zero.

Visibility into every profile and every activation

You see who is in the community, what they have published, how it performed and who is ready for the next wave. Approve creators yourself or delegate the approval to your project manager and keep the veto.

Ongoing recruitment, not a one-time list

We find and qualify creators who fit your brand, category and markets. We keep the community active and bring in relevant new members as the programme develops.

Ongoing activation

A content calendar keeps the community publishing: seeding waves, launches, seasonal briefs, reviews, UGC for your ads and affiliate pushes, all run by the same project manager.

Operations handled end to end

Contracts, product logistics from our EU hub, payments, disclosure compliance, quality control and reporting are ours to run. Your team briefs, approves and reads the results.

02

How we keep every member really active

The difference between a database and a community is what happens between campaigns. We do not only write to creators when there is a paid brief; we build relationships, so that when a large campaign launches, it actually gets delivered.

Onboarding calls, not just a welcome email. Every creator is onboarded by a person: expectations, disclosure rules, how shipments and approvals work, what earns the next wave. Members who start well stay active.

Shipments tracked to the door. Products go out from our own EU logistics hub with tracked delivery and confirmation, or creators buy locally and we reimburse them. A missing parcel is re-shipped before it becomes a missed publication.

Communication with a deadline behind it. Briefs, reminders and answers go out on a schedule through the creator portal, email and messaging. Before every deadline the community team follows up personally, including by phone, so nothing quietly slips.

Delivery written into the contract. The number of creators, publications, reach and engagement per market are agreed before kick-off. If a member drops out, we replace them at our cost. Big campaigns are delivered in full, not 'mostly'.

Support between campaigns. Members get performance feedback, content guidance, early access to new briefs and recognition for strong work. Top performers advance to ambassador roles; inactive members are pruned and replaced.

03

Managed community versus do-it-yourself tools

Influencer software helps your team search databases, send outreach and track relationships yourselves. With NanoBuzz the flow is shorter: brand, brief, NanoBuzz manages everything, campaign and community delivered.

We are not against software. Where your team already runs a platform, we connect to it and take over the operational layer, so the tool stays and the work moves to us.

04

Technology and API connection to your tools

The community runs on the NanoBuzz platform, the same system that runs our campaigns for brands across Europe, delivered in your branding and connected to the systems your team already uses.

Branded creator portal

Creators apply, sign, receive briefs, submit content and see their status in a portal that carries your brand. Community rules, tiers and rewards are configured for you.

Client dashboard

Follow your community and every campaign in real time: creators recruited and approved, content submitted and published, progress against contracted creator and content deliverables, engagement, comment analysis and sentiment.

API and webhooks

Creator, content and performance data flow into your CRM, e-commerce, affiliate and BI tools, and product, discount-code and order data flow back. We map the integration during onboarding and maintain it.

Data ownership and compliance

Creator records, consents and usage rights are stored per community with GDPR-compliant processing. The community and its data stay yours if we ever part ways.

Integrations are scoped per client. Tell us which systems you run and we confirm the connection plan in the scenario.

05

Two ways to work with us

Some brands need a community built and activated once for a launch. Others want the whole thing run for them, month after month. Both start with the same brief.

One-off, typically 3 to 6 months

Community build project

For a launch, a market entry or a first large-scale seeding programme.

  • Community design: name, identity, rules, tiers and rewards in your brand
  • Recruitment of 50 to 2,000 creators per country, vetted and onboarded
  • Branded portal set-up and the API connection to your tools
  • One to three activation waves with contracted creator and content deliverables, with agreed measurement
  • Shipments, communication, follow-ups and quality control handled by us
  • Final report with comment analysis, sentiment and creator-level recommendations
  • Handover of the community database and portal, or a seamless move to ongoing management

Ideal when you want the network built fast and decide about ongoing management after the first results.

Annual or two-year commitment

Full community management

For brands that want an always-on creator network without an internal creator-management team.

  • Everything in the build project, then run continuously
  • Monthly activation calendar: seeding, launches, seasonal briefs, reviews, UGC and affiliate pushes
  • Continuous recruitment, pruning and replacement so the community stays the agreed size and stays active
  • A named community manager and project manager as your single points of contact
  • Quarterly reviews: performance, sentiment, benchmarks and the plan for the next quarter
  • Live dashboard, monthly reports and API data feeds maintained throughout
  • Two-year terms include priority scheduling for new markets and the best per-creator conditions

Annual terms suit one or two markets; two-year terms suit multi-country communities where recruitment compounds year over year.

06

From 50 to 2,000 creators per country

Size follows the job. Nano and micro creators at scale are a different discipline from a handful of large influencers negotiated one by one; a community is built for the former and can include the latter as a tier.

50 to 100

Core community

A tight group of proven creators for one market: monthly seeding, reviews and UGC for ads. The fastest way to start and the base every larger community grows from.

100 to 500

Programme community

Enough breadth to run category-specific waves and always-on publishing in one country, with ambassador tiers for the strongest members.

500 to 1,000

Mass activation

Nationwide launches and programmes with hundreds of creator publications per wave, managed by one community team.

1,000 to 2,000

Multi-tier, multi-city

The largest communities per country: segmented by city, category and platform, with rolling recruitment, ambassador tiers and paid amplification of the best content.

Questions brands ask before building a community

How is a branded community different from repeated campaigns?

Continuity. The same vetted creators receive products and briefs on a standing calendar, performance decides who advances, and your brand keeps the relationships and the data instead of restarting from zero each time.

How big should our community be?

Between 50 and 2,000 creators per country. Fifty proven creators cover monthly seeding and UGC in one market; five hundred and more are needed for nationwide launches. We recommend a size per market in the scenario and grow it in tiers.

How fast can it be built?

We agree recruitment, onboarding and first-wave dates in your proposal, with a clear schedule for each country and category.

Who owns the community and its data?

You do. Creator records, consents and usage rights are stored per community and handed over if we part ways. NanoBuzz operates the community under your brand.

Can we keep the influencer software we already use?

Yes. We connect through API and webhooks and take over the operational layer. Where it makes sense, the branded portal replaces the software; where it does not, both run side by side.

What happens to inactive creators?

Activity is scored continuously. Members who stop responding are followed up personally, then pruned and replaced at our cost, so the community stays at the agreed size and the agreed activity level.

Do you run communities in several countries at once?

Yes. Each country gets its own local-language recruitment, briefs and community team, under one project manager, one dashboard and one report.

How is a community priced?

Per scenario: community size, number of markets, activation calendar and term. The build project is priced as one project; full management is a monthly fee on an annual or two-year commitment. Creator payouts and product costs are itemised separately.
