Product 1 · Large-scale creator campaign

One brief. 50–1,500 creators. One delivered campaign.

The campaign format for launches, retail moments, product trials and market entries. We recruit and verify the creators, you approve them, we ship the products, track every publication and hand you one report per country. With or without product shipping, with creator publications or content only.

What a campaign includes

Every module below is defined in the scope. Nothing depends on the client having its own creator tools or staff.

Creator recruitment against the brief

Audience, category, market, language and content quality. Recruited for this campaign, not pulled from a list.

Verification and your approvals

Every profile checked by our team; you approve in the campaign workspace on a 48-hour rhythm, or delegate against an agreed profile.

Agreements, payouts, disclosure

Creator agreements, payments, usage rights and platform-specific ad disclosure handled by NanoBuzz.

Product logistics

Received, kitted and shipped from our own centre with tracking and replacements. Content-only campaigns skip the parcels, not the process.

Content checks and publication tracking

Content checked against the brief where agreed; every publication tracked with link, date, platform and metrics.

Paid amplification

Spark Ads and partnership ads on the strongest publications, with agreed rights and budget; reported separately from organic results.

Comment and sentiment reading

What audiences say about the product, not only how many saw it. On request, comment themes and sentiment in the report.

One report and a data export

Views, reach, interactions and engagement defined once; per-country and consolidated totals; every publication listed.

Example configurations

Volumes are commissionable scopes per country. The right size follows your objective, product and category, not the other way round.

50–150Focused wave

A niche launch, a regional test or a premium product where each creator gets more attention. Also the typical first wave in a new country.

150–300National launch

Enough creators to appear across cities, categories and platforms at the same time. The scale NIVEA’s first campaign ran at.

300–500Category presence

Several creator profiles and formats in parallel, with strong material for paid amplification and a large content library.

1,000–1,500Mass seeding or market entry

Maximum breadth in one wave, usually in staggered cohorts with separate creator lists. Larger programmes run as consecutive waves.

Campaign, monthly programme or community?

The same operation, different rhythm. Most clients start with a campaign and move to a monthly programme or a community after the first results.

Questions about campaigns

What is the smallest campaign you run?

50 creators in one country. Below that, the coordination overhead of a managed campaign is hard to justify; smaller briefs usually fit better into a monthly programme.

Can a campaign run in several countries at once?

Yes. Each country gets its own creator cohort, local-language brief and schedule; approvals, definitions and the report are shared. Waves can be staggered by market.

Do we need to ship products?

No. Content-only and publication campaigns without shipping run through the same process. If products are shipped, our own logistics centre handles intake, kitting, dispatch and tracking.

Who owns the content?

Rights are agreed before launch: publication on the creator’s channel as standard; extended usage for your channels and ads as an option, specified per format and period.

How is success measured?

Against the deliverables in the scope: creators activated, publications delivered, and views, reach and interactions on the same definitions. Organic and paid are separated wherever the data allows.

How fast can we start?

Recruitment starts on signature. A Polish wave with shipping typically publishes within four to six weeks; content-only and repeat waves are faster.
