AGENCY

For agencies

Your client. Local creators in any European market. Our delivery team.

You own the strategy and the relationship. We deliver the creator operation: 50–1,500 nano and micro creators per country, recruited against your brief, approved by you, shipped, published and reported on the same definitions in every market. White-label or as a named specialist partner.

Which job are you buying us for?

Three situations account for almost every agency brief we receive. Pick yours and the brief form is pre-set for it.

One market

Local execution in Poland or one other country

Your client needs Poland, Germany, Romania or another single European market, and your team does not staff it locally. We become the local creator operation behind your plan.

  • Local-language brief, casting and creator support
  • Product logistics from our own centre
  • One English-speaking project lead for your team
Brief a single market
Several markets

One brief, local creator cohorts in several countries

A regional client wants three, five or eight countries. Instead of five suppliers, five contracts and five report formats, you get one partner with a creator cohort in every market and one consolidated report.

  • Per-country scale from 50 to 1,500 creators
  • Same approval workflow and definitions everywhere
  • Waves can be staggered by market
Brief several markets
Recurring

A monthly programme or a branded community for a retained client

Your client wants always-on creator activity. We run a monthly wave or build a branded creator community your agency keeps presenting as part of its retained scope.

  • New creators and content every month
  • Community membership and monthly activations planned separately
  • Reporting your account team can forward

What your agency actually receives

A delivered campaign, not a creator list. Every element below is defined in the scope before we start.

A credible number for the pitch

We confirm creator volume, markets and timelines before you present. Volumes are commitments, not estimates from a database search.

Recruitment against the brief

Creators are recruited for your client's audience, category and market, verified by our team and presented for your approval. Every name reaching the client has been checked by a person.

Contracts, payouts and disclosure

Creator agreements, payments, usage rights and platform-specific ad disclosure are handled by NanoBuzz within the agreed scope.

Logistics and quality control

Products received, kitted and shipped from our own centre with tracking; content checked against the brief before publication where the scope requires it.

Tracking and reporting you can forward

Every publication tracked with link, date and metrics; organic and paid results separated where the data allows; one report per market and one consolidated view.

Paid amplification of the best content

Spark Ads and partnership ads on the strongest publications, with agreed rights and budget, reported alongside the organic results.

Who does what

Agreed before the first creator is contacted. Both white-label and named-partner models use the same split; only client-facing visibility changes.

What agencies ask before they brief us

Can you stay invisible to our client?

Yes. White-label delivery means your agency brand on the creator-facing and client-facing materials where you want it. Alternatively we act as a named specialist partner; NIVEA’s programme via Fuse runs that way. The model is fixed in the scope.

How fast can you confirm volumes for a pitch?

Within two working days for most European markets. We confirm creator volume, timing and the operating model; the final scope follows the client’s brief.

What is the minimum and maximum scale?

50 creators per country is the practical floor for a managed wave; 1,500 per country is the largest we plan in a single wave. Larger programmes run as consecutive waves with separate creator lists.

How is pricing structured?

Per campaign or per monthly wave, based on creator volume, deliverables, markets, logistics, rights and paid support. Agencies receive a scope that maps to their own proposal lines. There is no platform licence or database fee.

Who signs with the creators and handles payouts?

NanoBuzz does, within the agreed scope, including usage rights and the platform-specific ad disclosure in each market.

Can we approve every creator?

Yes, in the campaign workspace, with a 48-hour approval rhythm that keeps timelines intact. You can also delegate approvals to us against an agreed profile.

What does the report look like?

Every publication with link, date, platform and metrics; totals per market; organic and paid separated where the data allows; comment themes on request. Delivered as a report and as a data export you can forward or restyle.

Do you cover markets outside Poland?

Yes. Local teams in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Romania and South-East Europe; managed programmes across Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the UK and further European markets from one brief.
