2. Purpose of the Website

The Website presents the influencer marketing services NanoBuzz provides to brands and agencies, including case studies, service descriptions and market information, and it allows visitors to request a commercial proposal through the form at /request-proposal. You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. It is prohibited to submit unlawful content through the proposal form, to attempt to disrupt the operation of the Website, to scrape it in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or to use content from the Website in breach of section 4.

4. Intellectual property

The Website, including its text, layout, graphics, logos and the NANOBUZZ wordmark, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights held by NanoBuzz or its licensors. Campaign visuals shown on the Website present creator publications used with the relevant permissions; they may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Trademarks of third-party brands referenced in case studies belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Case study data

Campaign figures published on the Website reflect data from NanoBuzz campaign reports as at the date of publication. They describe specific past campaigns and do not constitute a guarantee of identical results in future campaigns.

6. Third-party services and links

The Website links to external services, including the NanoBuzz Club creator platform at nanobuzz.club and the Calendly scheduling service. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

7. Liability

We keep the content of the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free from errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, NanoBuzz is not liable for damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the informational content of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of Polish law, including liability towards consumers.

8. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data collected through the Website, including the proposal form, the storage of form submissions and analytics tools, are described in the privacy policy at /privacy-policy.

9. Complaints and contact
