How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day. If the brief is clear enough to price, a scenario with creator numbers, agreed content deliverables and measurement per market follows within two working days; if it needs a conversation first, we will say so and propose a call.
Who will I be talking to?
A named person. Depending on your market that is your country contact or someone from business development, and once a campaign starts one project manager owns everything: recruitment, contracts, logistics, approvals, quality control and reporting.
Do you sign NDAs before detailed conversations?
Yes. If your campaign involves unreleased products, confidential launch plans or sensitive commercial terms, we sign an NDA before any detailed briefing. Mention it in your first message and we will send the paperwork.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, by appointment. Our registered office is in Poznań, the business office is in Warsaw, and local teams sit in Prague for the Czech Republic and Slovakia and in Bucharest for Romania and South-East Europe. Most kick-offs run remotely, which is usually faster for everyone.
