ORLEN Paczka competes in a category ruled by habit: people ship parcels the way they always have. The brand needed parcel lockers to show up inside everyday life, not inside ad breaks, at national scale and with results the client team could verify line by line.
We ran the full operational chain: creator recruitment from our national network, client approvals on every profile, structured briefs, publication tracking, paid amplification of the strongest posts and comment-level reporting in the campaign hub.
Casting focused on lifestyle, beauty and family creators whose audiences make everyday shipping decisions. Pickup, return and send moments were built into content people already wanted to watch: hauls, errand vlogs, small-business routines.
From 19 May to 3 July 2026, 102 nano and micro creators delivered 170+ tracked publications for ORLEN Paczka in Poland. The July 2026 client report records 6.2M impressions and 4.58M reported reach across creator content and paid amplification.
For the client report, 1,652 campaign comments were collected and analysed, showing which convenience arguments landed, what objections appeared and where audiences asked practical questions about locations and returns.
Comment sentiment classification is part of our platform's reporting capability: methodologically documented, client-safe and delivered as an export alongside the publication tracker.
Three decisions carried the program. First, breadth over celebrity: many small trusted voices repeating the same everyday moment beats one big name mentioning it once, because habit change needs frequency inside real routines. Second, approval discipline: the client signed off every creator before launch, so the brand never appeared next to content it had not chosen. Third, amplification only after proof: paid budget went exclusively behind publications that had already performed organically, which kept media spend honest.
For parcel, delivery and utility brands in other markets, the playbook transfers directly: local casting at national breadth, scenario briefs anchored in genuine daily moments, and a reporting chain that lets the client verify every claim in the deck. The industry page for logistics and parcel brands breaks the model down step by step.
