Creator approvals: you sign off before anything ships
No creator represents your brand without your sign-off. The approvals module puts every proposed creator in front of your team with the data needed to decide: audience size, engagement, content samples, market and category fit. You approve, reject or ask for a replacement, and only approved creators move on to contracts and shipping.
Why approvals are a workflow, not an email attachment
Most agencies send creator lists as spreadsheets. That works for ten creators and collapses at a hundred: versions fork, comments get lost, and nobody can say later who approved whom. In the NanoBuzz Platform, the shortlist is a living queue. Each candidate is a card with profile data, follower count, engagement, sample content and our recruiter's note on fit.
Your team reviews the queue at its own pace. Approve moves a creator into contracting. Reject removes them and, if the volume target requires it, our recruiters propose a replacement from the same pool. Every decision is stamped with who decided and when, which protects both sides: there is never a debate about whether a creator was cleared.
What you see for every candidate
Candidates come from our database of 20,000+ creators across 25+ European countries, filtered against your brief before you ever see them. The shortlist is a curated selection, not a raw database dump, and each profile carries the context needed to make a fast, informed call.
Shipment linkage closes the loop after the decision. Because approval, contracting and logistics live in one system, an approved creator flows straight into address confirmation and dispatch without re-entry, and a rejected one is removed from every downstream queue at the same moment. The approval record travels with the creator through the whole campaign, so any later question about clearance resolves in seconds.
- Platform, handle and audience size with engagement context
- Market, language and category fit against the campaign brief
- Content samples so you can judge tone and quality directly
- Recruiter notes on track record with previous NanoBuzz campaigns
- Approval status and history, visible to your whole team
Approvals at campaign scale
The module matters most at volume. A nationwide nano campaign can involve hundreds of creators, and approving them one by one in email would take weeks. The queue design lets a brand team clear a large shortlist in one or two sittings, and batch decisions are supported where a client wants to approve by segment rather than per profile.
Approvals also gate everything downstream. Contracts are only issued for approved creators, products only ship to approved creators, and briefs only go out once approval is confirmed. This ordering is what allowed programs like NutriBullet, where 500+ devices went out through our logistics centre, to run without a single parcel reaching an uncleared creator.
For multi-market campaigns, approval queues are organised per country, so local brand managers can clear their own market's shortlist in parallel while headquarters watches the consolidated picture. The same structure supports agencies approving on behalf of their clients in white-label engagements. However the roles are arranged, the invariant holds: every creator who represents the brand was explicitly cleared by someone your organisation authorised, and the record shows who and when.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reject a proposed creator without explaining why?
Yes. Rejection is one action, with an optional note. If the campaign volume requires it, our recruiters propose a replacement from the qualified pool for the same slot.
How much time do approvals add to the campaign timeline?
Usually days, not weeks. Shortlists arrive in one queue with the data needed to decide, and most clients clear even large lists in one or two review sessions.
Who on my team can approve creators?
Anyone you give portal access to, and every decision is logged with the person and timestamp. Some clients centralise approvals with one owner; others split them by market.
What happens if we skip the approval step?
We do not skip it. Approval gates contracting, shipping and briefing, so no product or brief reaches a creator your team has not cleared. Clients who want speed delegate approvals, they do not remove them.
