How recruitment actually works here
For every campaign we open a structured intake: creators apply through campaign-specific surveys that capture niche, audience, location, content examples and logistics data. Our recruitment team, led by a dedicated Recruitment Manager, screens applications for audience quality, category fit and brand safety, and builds a shortlist with profile data.
Then the part most agencies skip: client approval is built in. You see every shortlisted creator in the NanoBuzz Club hub with followers, engagement and content samples, and you approve, reject or request replacements. Nothing ships and nothing publishes without your sign-off.

We screen engagement patterns, comment quality and audience composition before shortlisting, and we exclude profiles whose numbers do not survive that screening.
