Platform
Campaign reporting that is live, verified and honest
Reporting in the NanoBuzz Platform is not a document someone assembles at the end of the month. It is the live state of the campaign: every verified publication with its metrics, rolled up by creator, platform and market, exportable the moment somebody asks. This page explains what the reports contain and, just as importantly, where each number comes from.
Built on verified publications, not screenshots in a deck
The unit of reporting is the verified publication. Every planned post exists as a record before it goes live; when it publishes, our operations team verifies the live link against the approved content and attaches the metrics. Reports are generated from those records, which means every line in a NanoBuzz report can be traced back to a real, checkable URL.
This is how the numbers in our case studies were produced. ORLEN Paczka's 170+ publications and 6.2M impressions, and NutriBullet's 900+ pieces of content from 500+ creators, are sums over verified publication records, not estimates typed into a slide. If a number is in the report, the underlying posts are in the system.
Honest about where metrics come from
Different platforms expose different data, and we say so instead of pretending otherwise. Some metrics come from platform APIs and business tools, some from verified post links, and some, especially for smaller creators without API-connected accounts, from creator-submitted statistics that our team collects and checks for plausibility. Comment data has partial visibility on some platforms, so comment-based analysis is reported as an analysis of collected comments, not of every comment that exists.
Each report discloses the source class per metric. Impressions from an API are labelled differently from impressions reported by a creator, and consolidated totals inherit the most conservative interpretation. Clients who have been burned by inflated influencer reporting tend to value this more than any dashboard feature.
Corrections are handled in the open. If a platform restates a metric or a verification finds an error, the record is updated with a note, and any report exported after that point reflects the change. Numbers do not drift silently between the mid-flight snapshot and the final document, which is what makes snapshots trustworthy in the first place.
Exports for the people who were not in the meeting
The live view answers day-to-day questions, but campaigns are judged in documents. The platform exports board-ready reports in PPTX, plus XLSX and CSV for teams that want the raw rows: publications with links, dates, creators, markets and metrics, and the comment analysis where it is in scope.
Exports work at any moment, not only at campaign end. Mid-flight snapshots are normal practice for our clients: a marketing lead pulls the current state before an internal review, and the final report is simply the last snapshot, consistent with everything shown along the way.
Report templates are agreed at kickoff and stay stable across waves, so month three reads like month one and comparisons need no translation layer. When scope changes, the template changes visibly, with a note, never silently.
- PPTX export for management reviews
- XLSX and CSV with publication-level rows for your own analysis
- Per-creator, per-platform and per-market breakdowns
- Source disclosure attached to every metric class
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a report in the middle of the campaign?
Yes, at any moment. Reports are generated from live records, so a mid-flight export is exactly as complete as the campaign state it captures.
Where do the metrics in the report come from?
From platform APIs where available, from verified post links, and from creator-submitted statistics checked by our team where APIs do not cover a creator's account. The source class is disclosed per metric.
Do you report every comment on every post?
No, and we do not claim to. Comment visibility is partial on some platforms, so comment analysis covers the comments we can collect, and the report states the collection scope.
What export formats are available?
PPTX for presentation-ready reporting, and XLSX or CSV for raw publication-level data your own analysts can work with.
