The campaign dashboard: live results, not last month's
Most influencer reporting is archaeology: by the time the deck arrives, the campaign it describes is over. The NanoBuzz dashboard is the opposite. It shows the program while it runs: publications landing as our team verifies them, metrics accumulating per creator, material, platform and country, amplification status and emerging comment findings, all in the client portal your team already uses for approvals.
What the dashboard shows
The top level answers the executive question: where is the campaign against plan? Creators activated, publications verified versus scheduled, reach and impressions to date with source labels, per market and consolidated. One level down, the same data unfolds per creator and per material, which is where marketers spot the format overperforming in one country and the wave that needs a push.
The dashboard also carries operational context that pure analytics tools lack, because it runs on the same records as the operation itself: how many creators are between approval and publication, where shipments stand, which amplification codes are validated and which wave of Spark Ads or Partnership Ads is live. Results and their causes sit in one view.
- Delivery against plan: creators, publications, deadlines
- Metrics per creator, material, platform and country
- Organic and paid layers with amplification wave status
- Comment findings surfaced as they emerge, scope stated
Live data, honestly labelled
A live dashboard must be honest about latency and coverage or it becomes a rumour mill. Publications appear when verified by our operations team, not when scraped by a bot. Metrics update as their sources allow: API-connected figures refresh fastest, creator-submitted statistics arrive on collection cycles, and each number wears its source class. Comment findings state their collection scope, because comment visibility on some platforms is partial.
That labelling means mid-flight decisions rest on known ground. When a market looks slow, the dashboard shows whether the campaign is behind or the data is, which are very different problems with very different fixes.
One view for the whole program
Multi-country programs get per-market dashboards and a consolidated one, so a regional lead and a local brand manager look at the same truth at different altitudes. Long-running programs keep continuity across waves: the dashboard for an always-on community shows this month's 75+ publications in the context of everything before them.
And when someone needs the meeting version, any dashboard state exports to PPTX, XLSX or CSV on the spot. The dashboard, the export and the final report are the same records at different moments, which is why they never disagree with each other.
Access follows the same client-safe rules as the rest of the platform: your team sees candidates, publications, results and comment summaries for your own campaigns, while internal operational data such as recruiter notes or negotiated rates never enters the client view. Permissions are enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface.
Frequently asked questions
Is the dashboard part of the client portal?
Yes. The same login your team uses for approvals and shipment tracking shows the results view. There is no separate analytics product to buy or learn.
How current is the data?
Publications appear when verified by our team; metrics refresh as their sources allow. Each metric class shows its update behaviour, so you always know how fresh a number is.
Can leadership get access without joining the operational work?
Yes. Portal permissions support view-only access, and many clients add executives who look only at the consolidated dashboard.
Can I export what I see?
At any moment, to PPTX for presentation or XLSX and CSV for analysis. Exports capture the current live state of the same records the dashboard reads.
