Creator Programme Integration with Your CRM and Consulting
A creator programme that lives in a spreadsheet ends when the person holding the spreadsheet changes job. A programme wired into your CRM becomes an asset: every creator is a known contact, every publication is an event, every code is attributable, and the team can see the programme next to everything else marketing runs. NanoBuzz Club, the software our campaigns run on, integrates with any CRM. Our consulting covers the rest: what to connect, in which order, and how to structure a programme that survives its first year.
How the integration works
Integration is deliberately boring and reversible. Nothing here asks you to replace what you have: the commerce stack, the CRM and the BI tool stay where they are, and we push the creator layer into them.
- Scheduled exports in CSV or XLSX for teams that simply want the data in a warehouse
- Webhooks for events: creator approved, product shipped, content published, code redeemed
- API access to pull creator, publication and performance records into your own systems
- Field mapping to your contact and consent model, including opt-out handling
- One environment per brand, with role-based access for client and agency teams
Consulting on always-on programme design
Brands usually reach us after a campaign proved the model and before anyone has decided who owns the programme internally. Consulting covers the unglamorous decisions that determine whether it survives: how many creators per month per market, what the recruitment funnel looks like, which approvals stay with the brand and which are delegated, how product and reimbursement are budgeted, what is measured monthly and what is reviewed quarterly. We write it down, run the first waves against it, and hand any part of it to your team when they want to take it in-house.
Dedicated brand communities in our software
The strongest version of this is a community that belongs to your brand: creators who applied to your programme, accepted your rules and stay for years rather than for one flight. We recruit and manage it inside NanoBuzz Club with your branding, your tiers and your rules, and the records flow into your CRM. Members can be segmented by market, category and past performance, invited into waves, issued affiliate codes or sent products, all from the same place your team already reviews campaign data.
Star creators who are not tied to major brands
Every community produces a handful of people who are unusually good: they publish on time, film well, answer their audience and sell. Many of them are deliberately unsigned, with no exclusivity to a large brand, which makes them available for long-term ambassador roles at a fraction of macro-influencer cost. Part of the consulting work is finding those people in your own programme data instead of on a rate card, then designing the tier and the terms that keep them.
Frequently asked questions
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
Any CRM that accepts scheduled imports, webhooks or API calls, which in practice covers all of them. We map fields to your contact and consent model; where a system is closed, we deliver structured exports on a schedule your team sets.
Do we have to use your software?
Campaign operations run in NanoBuzz Club, because recruitment, approvals, logistics and publication verification live there. What happens with the data afterwards is your choice, and it can sit entirely inside your systems.
Who owns the community data?
Your programme data is yours, exportable at any time and on exit. Creators remain members of our wider network, and their consent to hear from your brand is recorded and revocable, which is how consent is supposed to work.
What does a consulting engagement look like?
Usually a short design phase covering programme structure, monthly targets per market and integration scope, followed by execution of the first waves. We do not sell strategy documents without the operations to deliver them.
