Affiliate Influencer Programmes with Thousands of Small Creators

Affiliate marketing stopped being a coupon-site business the moment small creators started selling to people who actually trust them. The logic is simple: a nano creator with a few thousand engaged followers converts better per impression than a display network, and a thousand of them cover a market. The hard part is operational. Recruiting at that volume, contracting everyone, issuing and tracking codes, and paying hundreds of people correctly is a full-time machine. NanoBuzz runs that machine for brands across Europe on our own software, NanoBuzz Club.

Volume is the whole point

One affiliate partner is a negotiation. A thousand affiliate creators are a channel. Individually, small creators rarely move huge volumes, but they publish more often, answer their audience in the comments and keep selling long after a campaign window closes. Their content compounds: an honest review posted in March is still bringing in coded orders in September. That only works if recruitment is continuous rather than a one-off, so the programme grows with every wave instead of decaying after launch.

Recruitment is community-based rather than cold outreach. Creators are already members of NanoBuzz Club, they apply to your programme, they are approved against your criteria and they receive their tracked link or personal code the same day. Because they choose your brand instead of being chased for it, drop-off is lower and the content is more honest, which is exactly what makes affiliate content convert in the first place.

What we run for you

One project manager owns the programme. Your team sets the rules and the commercial terms; the administration, the chasing and the payouts stay on our side.

  • Tracked links and personal discount codes issued per creator, with attribution you can reconcile
  • Tiered commissions: a base rate, volume tiers and time-limited boosts for launches
  • Creator agreements, tax handling and payouts in every market we operate in
  • Recruitment waves drawn from 20,000+ creators across 25+ European countries
  • Monthly reporting on publications, clicks, coded orders and top performers

Tracking that fits the stack you already have

NanoBuzz Club integrates with any CRM and with whatever affiliate or referral tracking you already run. We can issue codes generated by your e-commerce platform, push creator identifiers into your existing attribution, or export raw data on a schedule for your analytics team. Where a brand has no affiliate infrastructure at all, we run the tracking on our side and hand over clean, reconcilable data. What we will not do is ask you to migrate a commerce stack for the sake of a creator programme: revenue reporting belongs in one place, and that place is yours.

From campaign to permanent programme

Most affiliate programmes start as the second act of a campaign. A launch runs, the creators who actually sold are invited into a permanent programme, and the long tail keeps working. From there it becomes a dedicated brand community with monthly recruitment waves, seasonal commission boosts and a core group of star creators who are not signed to major brands and are available for longer-term roles. Our always-on beauty model works this way for two brands, delivering 75+ publications monthly on an annual renewable contract.

Frequently asked questions

How many creators can an affiliate programme realistically hold?

From a few hundred in one market to several thousand across Europe. Recruitment runs in waves of 50 to 1,000 creators per month per country, so the programme scales at whatever pace your margins, stock and logistics allow.

Do creators get paid if they do not sell anything?

That is your commercial decision. Community programmes often run on commission only; when you need guaranteed publication volume, a small fixed fee plus commission works better. We contract and pay the creators either way.

Can we keep our own affiliate platform?

Yes. We work with the tracking you already have, issue codes from your e-commerce system where that is simpler, or run tracking on our side and export the records. NanoBuzz Club integrates with any CRM.

How do you stop discount codes leaking to coupon sites?

Codes are personal, capped and monitored, agreements forbid posting them to aggregator sites, and any code that starts behaving like a public voucher is deactivated. Creators who breach the rules leave the programme.
