White-label Influencer Campaign Execution
Your agency won the pitch; now someone has to recruit two hundred creators, ship two hundred parcels and verify two hundred posts. White-label execution is NanoBuzz running that operation under your brand: your client relationship, your strategy and your name on the report, with our recruitment network, logistics centre and platform doing the work underneath. Nobody has to know we exist, and contractually, nobody will.
What you keep and what you hand over
You keep everything client-facing: the relationship, the strategy, the creative direction, the pricing and the credit. We take the operational layer: casting from 20,000+ creators across 25+ European countries, approvals workflow, contracts with creators, product seeding from our own logistics centre, briefing, content review, publication verification, paid amplification codes and reporting.
The boundary is explicit in the agreement, including confidentiality: we do not contact your client, we do not pitch your client, and your client's campaigns never appear in our marketing. Agencies test us with one campaign and stay when the operational pain disappears; that only works if the white label is actually white.
Execution your team can see and reskin
White-label does not mean black-box. Your team gets portal access to the live campaign: creator pipelines, shipment statuses, content review queues and verified publications, the same client-safe view our direct clients use. Reports export with the data your deck needs, and the operational language is yours to reskin.
- Portal access for your team throughout the campaign
- Creator approvals routed through you, or through your client via you
- Exports in PPTX, XLSX and CSV, ready for your branding
- Multi-country execution under one workstream per market
- Spark Ads and Partnership Ads amplification within the same engagement
When agencies use this
The typical trigger is scale mismatch: a media or creative agency lands creator scope that outgrows manual coordination, usually somewhere past a few dozen creators or the second market. Building the operation internally means recruiters, logistics, tooling and eighteen months; renting it means starting next week with capacity proven on programs like NutriBullet's 500+ creators and 900+ verified pieces of content.
The second trigger is geography. A strong local agency wins a European brief and needs credible execution in markets it has never staffed. Our matrix of country operations, indexed on the markets page, becomes their delivery capability, and their client sees one consistent report across every market. The full commercial picture for agencies lives on the for-agencies page.
Commercially, white-label pricing is partner pricing: your agency buys execution at rates that leave room for your margin, with scope defined tightly enough to quote your client confidently. Volume relationships get planning capacity reserved ahead of briefs, which is how agency partners can pitch creator scale with a straight face. And the engagement starts as small as one campaign, because trust in an execution partner is earned in delivery, not in a framework agreement.

Frequently asked questions
Will our client ever find out NanoBuzz is involved?
Not from us. Confidentiality is contractual: no client contact, no pitching, no case study use. Some agencies choose to disclose the partnership; that is entirely their call.
Can we use your platform under our own brand?
Your team and, if you choose, your client get portal access as part of the engagement, and reports are delivered in formats you can rebrand. The platform itself is not licensed as standalone software.
How do approvals work with a client in the middle?
Flexibly: shortlists and content can route to your team for client-facing handling, or your client can work directly in the portal under your brand experience. The audit trail is intact either way.
What is the smallest engagement that makes sense?
White-label earns its overhead when volume or geography exceeds what your team runs comfortably by hand, typically from tens of creators or any multi-country scope. For smaller needs we will say so honestly.
Who owns the creator relationships?
Creators contract with us as the executing partner, under terms aligned with your client agreement. Content rights flow through to your client exactly as the campaign contract defines.
