Licensed Best-Performing UGC for Paid Ads
Every campaign produces a handful of posts that beat everything else. Usually not the ones the brand team liked in the review round: the ones the audience watched to the end, saved and argued about in the comments. Licensing those posts is the cheapest creative a media team can buy, because the risk has already been paid for by the organic phase. This service covers the second life of that content: selection, rights, whitelisting and delivery. Producing new assets on a brief is a separate service, UGC content.
Selection is a data job, not a taste job
We start from campaign data: watch-through, saves, shares, comment volume, comment sentiment and, where a code or link existed, orders. The shortlist comes off the top of that distribution and is then filtered for the practical constraints: whether rights can be extended, whether the packaging shown is current, whether a spoken claim would survive a legal review. Brands are regularly surprised by what qualifies. The winners tend to be plain, quickly shot, specific and honest, which is precisely why they keep working when money is put behind them.
Where the organic phase was run by another partner, we can still license, provided the original creator agreement allows a further grant of rights. If the rights chain is unclear, we say so instead of selling you a risk your legal team will find later.
Rights, cleared and documented
Licensing is paperwork done properly. Every term is negotiated with the creator, written into the agreement and tracked, so your media team always knows what may run, where and until when.
- Usage rights by channel, territory and period, with renewal and buyout options priced up front
- Whitelisting rights so ads can run from the creator handle, not only from the brand page
- Music and third-party asset checks, with replacement audio where a track cannot be cleared
- Written creator consent for edits, subtitling, reframing and cut-downs
- A rights register per campaign with expiry dates your buyers and your legal team can see
Whitelisting, Spark Ads and Partnership Ads
Content bought as a bare file loses the thing that made it work: a real person's name above the post. We coordinate Spark Ads authorisation codes on TikTok and Partnership Ads permissions on Meta, so your buyer can run the original post from the creator's own handle with its organic engagement attached. Permissions carry documented expiry dates, so nothing runs a day beyond the licence you paid for.
Delivery your media team can actually use
Assets are delivered in the formats the buying team asked for: 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5, hook variants, captioned versions and clean masters without burned-in text for localisation. Every file arrives with its licence terms, creator handle, original publication link and organic performance attached, so a buyer can choose from the sheet without emailing the brand team to ask what is cleared. When a licence approaches expiry we flag it in advance, rather than letting an ad set fail quietly on a takedown.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from your UGC content service?
UGC content is production on brief: assets that do not exist yet, made to your specification. Licensing starts from posts that already ran organically and proved themselves, so you buy performance evidence along with the file. Most brands use both.
How long do the usage rights last?
Rights are agreed as defined periods per channel and territory, with renewals and buyouts priced at licensing time. Each term sits in the creator agreement and in a rights register with its expiry date.
Can we edit the licensed content?
Where the creator has agreed to it, which we negotiate at licensing: edits, subtitles, reframing and cut-downs. Some creators exclude edits that change the meaning of their recommendation, and we flag that before you buy.
Can you license content from campaigns you did not run?
Often yes, if the original creator agreement permits a further grant and the creator agrees. We handle the negotiation and the documentation, and we walk away from cases where the rights chain cannot be evidenced.
