The challenge

Smartphone marketing drowns in specifications, and audiences scroll past them. realme, one of the fastest-growing smartphone brands among young European consumers, needed launch visibility that felt like life: cameras tested on real weekends, batteries surviving real days, design shown in real hands.

The approach

We cast lifestyle and tech-adjacent creators whose audiences match realme's young, value-conscious buyer, and briefed them on scenarios instead of spec lists: a day shot entirely on the phone, commute routines, weekend trips documented through the camera.

Devices moved through our controlled logistics chain with per-unit tracking, publications were coordinated into the launch window and verified in the campaign hub, and the strongest content was amplified.

  • Scenario briefs: show the phone living, not spec-reading
  • Controlled device logistics with tracking
  • Launch-window publication coordination
  • Verified publications and consolidated reporting

What it demonstrates

Consumer tech works with creators when the product becomes the tool of the story rather than its subject. The realme program is our template for smartphone and gadget launches run through authentic daily-life content, transferable to any European market where the brand competes.

Inside the casting and the briefs

The casting brief deliberately avoided tech reviewers. Spec-comparison audiences already know what they think; the buyers realme needed to reach decide with their eyes, on content made by people who live like them. So we selected creators by audience match and visual storytelling ability, then gave each a scenario instead of a feature list: document a Saturday entirely on this phone, show the commute your followers recognise, shoot the dinner you would have shot anyway.

That structure produced content the brand could not have scripted: real low-light photos from real evenings, battery commentary earned across an actual day, design shots in contexts no studio replicates. Launch-window coordination did the rest, concentrating the publications where a launch needs them: all at once, everywhere the audience looks.

The follow-up value matters too: content produced this way keeps working after launch week, feeding the brand's own channels and paid campaigns with material that already proved itself organically. A launch budget that also builds a creative library is a launch budget spent twice.
