Case study · Electrolux
Electrolux: appliances proven in real homes
Considered purchases de-risked by creators showing the product actually working.
The challenge
Appliances are researched purchases with long consideration cycles. Electrolux needed its products demonstrated in environments buyers recognise: real kitchens and real homes, with honest commentary, at enough volume to influence category research.
The approach
We recruited home, family and lifestyle creators whose content already featured cooking, cleaning and organising, and briefed demonstrations around results: the dinner cooked, the floor cleaned, the laundry done. Audiences see the outcome first and the machine second, which is exactly how appliance trust is built.
Bulky-goods logistics ran through our own centre: protective repacking, appropriate courier selection, tracking and delivery confirmation feeding content deadlines. Publications were verified and reported through the campaign hub.
- Casting from home, family and food niches
- Outcome-first demo briefs
- Bulky-parcel logistics with protective repacking
- Verified publications with consolidated reporting
What it demonstrates
The Electrolux work shows the appliance playbook end to end: demo-first creative, serious logistics and verifiable reporting. Together with our NutriBullet program it defines how NanoBuzz runs the home-appliance category across Europe.
The operational detail that decides appliance campaigns
Appliance seeding punishes improvisation. Parcels are heavy, unit values are high, and a damaged delivery does not just cost a device, it costs a publication slot on a coordinated calendar. Running the logistics through our own centre meant protective repacking was a checklist step rather than a courier's goodwill, oversized parcels went to carriers chosen for the format, and every delivery confirmation landed in the campaign hub the moment it happened.
The same discipline shaped the content side: demo briefs specified outcomes to show rather than sentences to say, so a floor-care video and a kitchen video could feel completely different while proving the same point. Buyers researching a considered purchase met the products working in homes like theirs, dozens of times, before they ever reached a comparison table.
If your category involves bulky goods, high unit values or long consideration cycles, this case is the one to study first: it shows where appliance campaigns are actually won, and it is rarely in the creative deck.
