Julia Szczepkowska joins NanoBuzz as Sales Manager

Julia Szczepkowska has joined our Warsaw team as Sales Manager. The role covers brands and agencies at the stage where an ambition becomes a brief with markets, creator numbers and a timeline attached.

Julia Szczepkowska joined NanoBuzz in late May 2026 as Sales Manager, based in Warsaw. The role strengthens the team that talks to brands and agencies before a campaign exists: the stage where a vague ambition becomes a brief with markets, creator numbers and a timeline attached. It is a deliberately commercial hire for a year in which more of our work starts as an always-on programme than as a single campaign.

What the role covers

Julia works with clients from the first conversation to a signed programme: understanding the category, translating objectives into a creator plan, and agreeing what will be guaranteed in the contract. That last part matters more than it sounds. We commit to creator and content deliverables and agree measurement per market, so the commercial conversation has to be honest about what a given budget, category and country can actually deliver. Getting that right at the start is what makes the delivery team's job possible three months later.

Brands and agencies, two different conversations

Brands usually arrive with a product and an audience and need the whole chain: recruitment, approvals, contracts, product logistics, publication control and reporting. Agencies arrive with a client of their own and need a supplier who stays invisible. We run white-label execution for media and creative agencies, where the agency keeps the relationship and the credit while we handle creators, delivery and data. Julia covers both, which keeps responses fast: one point of contact rather than a queue of internal handovers.

Warsaw, with the rest of Europe on the same desk

The role is based in Warsaw, where most of our commercial team sits, alongside delivery teams in Poznań, Prague and Bucharest. Every other European market is run from Warsaw with native-language project support, so a brief for Germany, Spain or the Nordics is answered by the same people who would run it. If you are planning creator activity for the rest of 2026 in any European market, the proposal form is the fastest route to a scoped answer rather than a generic deck.
